How much are the shipping costs?
For orders over 49€, shipping is free in Germany and Austria. Otherwise, shipping costs in Germany are 4.90€ and in Austria 9.90€. For other countries in Europe and details, click here .
How long does shipping take?
Your order will be packed in our warehouse immediately after payment. Delivery time is 1-2 days . In Germany, your package will often arrive the next day. If you order before 2 p.m., we will ship the same day.

You can either use Klarna purchase on account or pay via PayPal or Amazon Pay and select longer payment terms in the purchase process.

As a commercial customer, you can simply enter your sales tax ID in the shopping cart at the bottom of the page. During the ordering process, you may be shown VAT. However, we will be happy to send you a corresponding invoice after the purchase, stating your VAT ID.

Due to the high volume of orders, we are currently unable to offer you samples. However, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and send your package back to us if you are not satisfied.
