Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The palm leaf plate consists of 100% pressed palm leaf without any coating and without binders or additives. Its home compostability is certified according to DIN CERTCO (Home Compostable, Reg. No. 9P0064), and its industrial compostability according to EN 13432 (Reg. No. 7P0602). After use, it can therefore be placed directly onto the garden compost. Whether palm leaf tableware can also be disposed of in the organic waste bin varies by municipality – a quick look at the local waste regulations is sufficient. Unlike coated cardboard, no plastic residue is left behind.

Yes, with clear limits: in the microwave up to 500 watts for a maximum of 2 minutes, in the oven up to 180 °C for a maximum of 30 minutes. This allows food to be kept warm or briefly reheated – practical for catering and buffets. The refrigerator is also no problem. The material provides good insulation, making it comfortable to handle even warm food.

Available options include 25 pieces (1 pack), 300 pieces (1 carton), and 1500 pieces (5 cartons); we offer attractive volume discounts on all bulk packs. Palmteller quadratisch

Rausgeschmissenes Geld!
