The lid is designed for the round 1000 ml paper bowl from the same series (Ø 18.5 x 6.5 cm) and fits precisely onto the rim – ideal for XL bowls, family-sized salads, and buffet portions. For the smaller 500, 650, and 800 ml bowls (Ø 15 cm), the corresponding Ø 15 cm PET lid is available.

The transparent PET lid makes the contents visible without having to open the bowl – a tangible sales advantage in the refrigerated display, at the deli counter, and for delivery services, because freshly prepared salads and bowls sell based on their appearance. At the same time, the lid protects the contents from contact and dust, keeps toppings in place, and makes filled bowls stackable. PET is the established material for this: dimensionally stable, shatterproof, and transparent.

The PET lid should be disposed of in the yellow bin or yellow bag (recycling collection). It is important to dispose of the components separately: the paper bowl is home and industrially compostable as well as recyclable in waste paper – the lid, on the other hand, is made of plastic and is sent to plastic recycling via the recycling collection. Simply separate the lid and bowl before disposal, as this allows both materials to be processed correctly.

The PET lid is also designed for fast workflows: a precise fit without fiddling, stackable in counters and delivery boxes. Available in packs of 50 for smaller businesses and events, as well as in boxes of 300 pieces (6 x 50) and as a 5-box unit of 1,500 pieces – matched to the packaging of the corresponding paper bowls so that bowls and lids can be reordered in the same rhythm.
