Whether hot soups, creamy curries, or stews – our sustainable kraft paper soup bowls were specially developed for warm and liquid to-go dishes. They are sturdy, heat-resistant, leak-proof, and ensure that take-away meals can be safely transported and served hot.

What makes our take-away bowls special? While other paper bowls are only industrially compostable, ours are the only disposable bowls that are home compostable. Alternatively, they can be recycled with waste paper or disposed of in an industrial composting facility. Three ways, one good end.

Made from unbleached kraft paper from FSC®-certified forestry, the to-go bowls perfectly complement modern gastronomy and street food concepts where sustainability is visible and tangible.

Yes. The 300 ml soup cup is DIN-certified home-compostable (DIN 54600) and decomposes within 180 days under home composting conditions; additionally, it is industrially compostable according to EN 13432. Home-compostable means: it decomposes even at the lower temperatures of a garden compost pile – an industrial composting facility with high rotting temperatures is not required. This is made possible by the water-based coating; products with PE or PLA coatings generally do not achieve this classification, as PLA-coated products are usually only industrially compostable. The decomposition time depends on the conditions in the compost (moisture, temperature, fragmentation).

Yes – and that is what makes it special. Conventional disposable tableware with a PE coating does not belong in the waste paper bin, as the plastic layer is difficult to separate from the fiber during paper recycling. In contrast, this cup is certified as recyclable (DIN Recyclable): the water-based coating can be processed in the paper recycling cycle, and the kraft paper fibers (FSC® Mix Credit) are recovered. Alternatively, it can be composted at home or industrially – meaning there are three approved disposal routes.

With a filling volume of 300 ml (brimful 380 ml), the cup is the medium size in the series: soups, porridge, rice pudding, desserts, and snacks to go – hot or cold. With the separately available paper lid (Ø 9.8 cm), every portion can be sealed and ready for transport. The 200 ml cup is suitable for sauces and side dishes, the 400 ml cup for a classic soup portion, and the 600 ml cup for stews and bowls.

The soup cup is also designed for take-away operations: space-saving and stackable, easy to handle at approx. 9.8 g per cup, and from production certified according to FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000. Available in a 50-pack for parties and smaller businesses, as well as in a carton of 500 units (10 x 50) and as a 5-carton unit of 2,500 units for snack bars, delivery services, caterers, and resale. Certified disposal via waste paper or compost also simplifies waste separation in the business.
