A whole pizza needs one thing above all: enough space. With a diameter of 32.5 cm, this bagasse pizza plate offers plenty of surface area for standard pizzas up to approximately 32 cm in diameter. This ensures that even the crust rests on the plate, making the pizza easy to serve and eat.

The large plate is made from pressed sugarcane fibers (bagasse). The uncoated material is tasteless, grease-resistant, and moisture-resistant – even when tomato sauce or a little oil is added to the hot cheese.

In addition to pizza, tarte flambée and focaccia also fit on the plate; at a buffet, it serves as a large serving platter. This makes it just as practical for pizzerias, food trucks, and catering as it is for a pizza night at home. The material is industrially compostable according to DIN EN 13432.
